Cancellation Policy

TOP PICK LASHES BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing Top Pick Lashes. To ensure every client receives the highest level of service, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Appointments & Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. This allows us to stay on schedule and provide the best experience for every guest. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit any deposits paid and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments. Lash Appointment Preparation Please arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, strip lash adhesive, and oils. Excessive makeup or dirty lashes may require a lash bath service for an additional fee. Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, guests and children are not permitted unless previously approved. Refills Refill appointments must be booked within the recommended timeframe and require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. Appointments that do not meet refill requirements may be charged as a full set. Refund Policy Due to the nature of beauty services, all services and products are final sale. Refunds are not provided.
